Cloud Data Migration Consultant (AWS to Azure) - ATA/TA
Qualifications
- Role/Designation : ATA/TA
- Education / Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Total IT experience of 12 + years.
- 2 + years of Hands on experience in Cloud Data Migration (AWS to Azure) (2 projects experience)
- 4 + years of Hands on experience in Cloud Engineering (Azure).
- 5 + years of Hands on experience in working with OnShore/Offshore team via AGILE methodology.
- Certification : Any technical certification in Azure.
- Team size handled (if any) : This is an individual contrbutor role. However, the candidate should be a good team player.
Description
- Define best practices and work breakdown structure.
- Author Solution Definition and design (including High Level Architecture).
- Collaborate with Project manager to finalize Sprint execution plan.
- Author detailed deployment document.
- Guide the application development team to implement the solution based on the design.
- Review and Validate Test cases and Test plan.
Responsibilities
Primary Skills (Must have) :
- SQL programming
- ADLS
- Experience with Databricks (Streaming and Batch).
- Experience with Streaming data sources like Kafka
- Data Modelling
- Devops Experience for deployment
Secondary skills (Good to have):
- Awareness on Azure WellArchitected Framework & CloudAdoption Framework
- Product Development mind-set, knowledge on elastic search
Soft skills/other skills (If any):
- Self-directed with an aptitude managing and tracking projects, tasks, and backlogs.
- Wisdom to go looking for the root cause of problems and communicate openly about them.
