NFLIS(National Forensic Laboratory Information System) senior Program Director (SCA Exempt)
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading criminal justice and forensics-based research projects.
- Minimum Education: MA/MS.
- The Senior Program Director must have a comprehensive understanding of similar data collection efforts and the respondents' associations.
- The Senior Program Director must be capable and skilled in oral and written communications and able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management.
- The Senior Program Director must be technically qualitied in all aspects of contract management and ensure that all tasks identitied are completed in accordance with contract requirements.
- The Senior Program Director must be skilled in planning, supervisory, leadership, financial, and operational skills combined with the ability to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.
- The Senior Program Director must demonstrate successful past performance of the type of work defined in the NFLIS SOW.
