Description
The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) SAP Lead ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. The resource will manage an ABAP development team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, plus provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and multiple third-party systems.
Responsibilities
SAP Lead ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. The resource will manage an ABAP development team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, plus provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and multiple third-party systems
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 8 years’ experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a development team of ten to fifteen resources.
- 8 years’ experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
- Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccesFactors EC.
- 4 years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
- 2 years’ experience in training & mentoring public sector employees from entry level and above.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development.
- Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents.
- 2 years’ experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration.
- 2 years’ experience with SAP Process Integration.
- 2 years’ experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling.
- 2 years’ experience with migration between third-party vendor systems.
